Lachaus

I would be grateful for any information on relatives and descendents of:
Armin EISLER, born Budapest 1871 (parents: Isidor EISLER and Malvina
NEUMANN)
married in Budapest in 1898 to
Széren HOROVITZ, born Budapest 1878 (parents: Armin (Hermann) HOROVITZ and
Julia ÖSRERREICHER, (Armin remarried Anna ROTTER))

And their children:
1. Alice EISLER, born Budapest 1899
2. Edit EISLER, born Budapest 1900
3. Otto EISLER, born Budapest 1903-died Hollywood 1952
Possibly other children between 1903-1910
4. Egon EISLER, born Vienna 1910-died Munich 1994

Otto and Egon were writers and film and directors under their own names and:
Egon van Eyss, Osso van Eyss, Osso Eis, Trygve Larsen and Egon Eis.

Egon EISLER wrote several books as Egon Eis, one of which being: "Illusion
der
Sicherheit: das Schicksal der großen Bollwerke" (Sachbuch) Econ-Verlag, OA
HC (1958), published in French as: "L'illusion des remparts"; and in English
as: "The Forts of Folly: The History of an Illusion" (Oswald Wolff London
1959).

I take this opportunity for thanking my genealogists in Budapest for their
invaluable help and patience.

Many thanks.
