Jewish vital records in Catholic registers #austria-czech

Phillip Moravcik raised important question on Jewish records within
catholic records. Those can often fulfil the gaps in original Jewish records.

Jewish records were kept at the local parishes in two forms (at least).
One was more or less duplicate books of Jewish originals and the second
one were records written physically within catholic books, mostly at the
end of books as a special section. Today archival registers ussually
contain a note if Jewish section is included.

Third variant is so called "Parish list of souls" that were made
occasionally within 1780-1850. Jewish souls were often included. Those
lists are today kept in the district archives.
