My maternal grandfather's maternal grandfather was a sofer (scibe) in Gropdno named Yishayahu Rifkind (my grandfather was a first cousin of the late Judge Simon Rifkind). Anyways, there is a strong family tradition that my great-greatgrandfather was a cousin of the chafetz Chaim (Israel Meir Kagan of Radin -died 1933). Any info on tthe family tree of the chafetz chaim?
