2- in our Revue, n°51, Autumn 1999, p.6 : "The incredible and truthfull
genealogical story of Belle Krelsamer, mistress of Alexandre Dumas".
3- We also have in our library some other documents concerning the Jewish
Community of Biescheim >from 1667 to 1775 (birth registers : C593 to C595
and F052) and a 13 pages document entitled "La communauté juive de
Biescheim, un cas de judaïsme rural (17e-19e s.)" by Astrid Kuhn-Schubnel

I remind you also that we have in our library more than 400 documents
concerning Alsace and that your questions on our website
http://www.genealoj.org will be welcome (a lot of our members come from

Rabbi Schelemja Schimschon Abraham Katz of Alsace was the ancestor of
families with the surname GREILSAMER, GREILSHEIMER, & KREILSHEIMER from
Biesheim, Breisach, Friesenheim & Rheinbischofsheim. His son Joseph lived
in Breisach and died in 1725 in Biesheim.

Where would I find out more about this rabbi?
