I just received a birth and a death certificate for Meyer Laver.( Cook County, Ill.)(Skokie) He was born in 1897 and died Jan 14, 1970. I want too learn if he had any living relatives when he died. What newspapers might have carried his obit and how could I check those papers in Phila.? Although I sent for his paper work purely on a hunch, I am positive he is a relative. Thank You .
