I had an uncle Nuta BLUMENKOPF that volunteer to the British Army and
according to family lore fight and was slightly wounded in the Normandie
invasion. Since I do not have his service number I cannot ask for his
personal record.
I wonder if there is somewhere a list of all British volunteers (or all
British soldiers) that took part in the invasion and survived the war.
