Help reading passenger list #general

I recently found the passenger record for my wife's great-grandmother,
and was lucky enough to find the name of "new" relative listed under the
"Name of closest relative in country >from which you emigrated" category.
Unfortunately, the handwriting is even worse than usual, and I'm pretty
While I have a decent guess at the surname I'm not at all certain, and I
have several, equally likely (or unlikely) guesses for the first name.
I've posted a copy here:
If someone would be kind enough to take a look and give me their best
guess(es), I'd be very grateful.
I've tried to include a few lines around the line in question to help with
identification of letters, although I tried not to include too much as the
picture is already large (it will take a minute or two to load). I've made
it clear on the website precisely which line I'm interested in.
