My great grandparents (Samuel HERSKOVICZ & Bella GELB) were married in a
place translated as Elmish (or Almash?), Hungary in 1903. Does this ring a
bell? After that, they came to NY and started having children in 1905.
Can anyone tell me:

1) Does this town exist?
2) What port might they have left >from and which ship(s)?
