Is anyone familiar with the surname BENNANI, probably originally from Morocco? Sita Likuski
Is it possible that a typo has crept in here? I once knew a BEN-AMI family >from Morocco. BEN-AMI (or BEN-AMMI) means "son of my people" (see Genesis 19:38) -- whereas "Bennani" has no plausible translation that springs to mind.
