In addition to the St. Albans lists already mentioned, NARA also has some
indexes of crossings >from Canada to Detroit.
The Canadian Archives has both passenger arrival lists and immigration
cards for each immigrant. If you can determine the date of arrival (maybe
from naturalization documents?), you may be able to find both. Mygrandfather arrived in Quebec, sailing >from Antwerp in 1920. I requested
films >from the Canadian Archives by interlibrary loan. This worked out
well, and I was able to find both the passenger list and immigration card.
