Mutel is Motel-one of the guys in Fiddler on the Roof was Motel. In English Morris or Morton, my cousin was Morton. Shaver is more difficult and depend on where the family was from. Chava would be my guess, but it's not really close.
Any English name can be used; it depends on what someone wants. So Mutel might have called himself George if he wanted to.
