By the way, since I don't have an anti-virus program yet, I delete
emails that have no subject line, or emails that are sent by persons
with whom I am unfamiliar.

The only way you can get a virus >from an email is if it contains an
attachment that is infected and you open the infected attachment. Given
the recent incidents involving virus infect emails I would strongly urge
anyone not running with virus protection to get down to their local PC
Shop ASAP and buy an anti-virus package.
