I will add one Port based only upon Declarations of Intent
1906 - Antwerp to NYC - gf >from Kovno, Lithuania -- Red Star Line
1910 - Antwerp to NYC - gf >from Bobruisk, Belarus

I suspect that the trip to Antwerp was over land.
