The Jewish Genealogy Society of New York has a great research tool for
people trying to locate graves of ancestors in the New York area. Many of
these ancestors belonged to Landsmanshaften and/or were buried in their
Burial Society plots.

JGSNY has a database of over 10,000 Burial Societies in the NYC area
searchable by town or by society name. You can search at
<http://www.jgsny.org/database/searchcity.htm>. The database lists 6
Drogobych burial locations at five cemeteries. They also have a lists of
Landsmanshaften in NYC at <http://home.att.net/~JGSNYCem/>.

Thank you JGSNY.

Was there a landsmanshaften/burial society/lodge for immigrants from
Drohobych and/or surrounding areas in Galicia in New York in the early
1900's? If there was, does anyone know where you can access records? Is
there
a Drohobych Society burial ground in the NYC area?
