I suspect the word is slang and may not be of a Hebrew language but I have
no way to know.

I have learned that the word Yadina (or Yadeena, however you prefer the
phonetic spelling), was used in the following context:

One Sicilian person, making reference to another Sicilian person (woman)
who ate chicken frequently, called her "Yadeena".

Since no Sicilian or Italian person had heard of this word, I was searching
anywhere to find an origin or language that fit.
There is a possibility that the Sicilian person using this word was a
descendant of Spanish Jewish exiles who later settled in Sicily.
