The French Civil Birth and Marriage Certificates are freely available only
if they date of at least 100 years. You can obtain a full copy of a
Marriage Certificate of 1913 only if you are a descendant (or an
ascendant) of the persons concerned. In such a case, you have to give a
proof of your family link.
In the other cases, you can just obtain an extract of the certificate
without mention of the parents'names.

I want to obtain a state marriage certificate for a relative in France.
I have an approximate year of marriage (1913) but I live in England.
Are there any genners out there in France who can tell me how I could go
about ordering such a document.
Many Thanks,
Daniel Gleek
