Good luck in finding the right one. I suggest you look them all up to
see if there are any Mehler's in those towns. The names Mahler, Meller,
Mehler, Miller were often found in Galicia and Bohemia Moravia. Some
attribute the origin of this name and its variants to Muller ( a mill
owner in German ) or to Mohel (circumciser in Hebrew). Others believe
the origin is Maler, a painter in German.

and ROSENWASSER >from present-day Mikova, Slovinia.Have any of you heard
of these towns? I can locate the latter through ShetlSeeker but not
Posada. In what countries would these towns have been prior to WWI?>>
