Thanks to everyone who responded to my looooooong post.

I know I've thanked you all individually but my Outlook Express has
been totally erratic lately and I've had to resort to another client to
capture my emails, some of which might have slipped through the cracks.
(Any techies familiar with OE can contact me off list if you have a
solution.)

On another note, many of us are looking for manifests, ship information,
travel routes of our ancestors and posting for help in this direction.

May I recommend posting to TheShipsList-L@...

If it ever floated, the folks on this list know about it.
