Frequency of Russian names #general

Does anyone know of any information concerning frequency of names (surnames
and given names) in Lithuania? I'm trying to find my great-grandfather's
family in the revision list. My great-grandfather's name was Fayvush, and
his Hebrew name was Isaac. His father's name (my gggfather) was
Joseph/Iosel. I have found an Ayzyk Levitan on one of the revision lists,
son of Iosel Levitan, born at the correct time, living in the correct Uyezd
(although not in a town that I know is associated with my family). There is
a set of other sons and daughters of Iosel living with them as well,
including a daugher named Dvere, which I know is a name that is used
elsewhere in my family. My question is, what are the chances that this
Ayzyk is in fact my great-grandfather Isaac/Fayvush? Does anyone know
whether these are such common names that chances are slim they are related
to me?

Thanks
Rich Lowenthal
