October meeting of the JGS of Bergen County #general

The Jewish Genealogical Society of Bergen County will be having its next
meeting on Sunday, October 13, 2002. Michael Schutzel will talk about
using the resources of the Family History Center in Emerson, New Jersey.
Michael's talk will discuss what the Family History Center is, what you
can find there, where can you find it, and what you should bring with
you. The main meeting starts at 2PM and is held at the JCC on the
Palisades in Tenafly. The JCC of the Palisades is located at 401 East
Clinton Avenue in Tenafly. Their phone number is 201-569-7900.
There will be no schmooze session this month.

Michael Schutzel is a long time member of the JGS of Bergen County, and
is a volunteer at the Family History Center in Emerson, New Jersey.

December 8: Mark Halpern will talk about "Jewish Records Indexing
(JRI-Poland): 1,500,000 record indices and more.".
