Dear Fellow Researchers,
At long last the initiative to index the Jewish records of the
Sandomierz Archives has been started. This will be under the auspices
of JRI-Poland/Polish State Archives project. These records have not
been filmed by the Mormons thus will enable researchers to expand their
research into a time period that has until now been difficult to
research. The years encompass the time when our great-grandparents,
grandparents, and parents were born and married.
The following towns are included in the archive:
I'm Archive Coordinator in addition to being Town Leader for Ozarow and
Sandomierz. The following towns have Town Leaders. Please get in touch
with them if you would like to help.

The indicies for Klimontow, Ozarow, Sandomierz, and Staszow have already
been done. We're working to make them available online. Contact the Town
Leaders to find out more about this.
