1901 UK Census-Morris SCHWARTZ #general
bormanjl@...
Hello,
My G-Grandmother Amelia SCHWARTZ (born 1868 in Hungary, died 1952 in Los Angeles) had a brother Moishe Boruch SCHWARTZ who settled in England instead of the USA. My family lost touch with him years ago. In the 1901 Census of England and Wales I found a Morris SCHWARTZ of the correct age born in Hungary/ Austria. He lived at 15 Soho Sqe in the Strand Borough, Administrative County: London. It also says : Ecclesiastical Parish: St. Mary The Virgin. It also says he was married. I would like to find out if this is the same man I am looking for and if he has any grandchildren still living. Could someone familiar with research in the UK advise me about what my next step should be? Thank you!
