I have not read all the follow-up comments here, so I may have missed this suggestion from someone else.
At conferences of other sorts I have attended, tape recordings of the sessions were made and copies sold at a minimal cost (enough to cover rental of equipment and time of operators) to those who could not attend the whole conference or a conflicting-time session. Perhaps this could be done at future conferences and the tapes sold through the JewishGen online store.
