Yad Vashem website #general

Sylvia Furshman Nusinov

I was fortunate to be able to get a head start in accessing the Yad Vashem
Hall of Names website on Microsoft Internet Explorer immediately after
reading the posting announcing it's appearance on the internet.

My "big finds" were family names in the Pages of Testimony, the
Klarsfeld Deportation lists, and the copies of original Documents
in the Central Repository of Holocaust Victim's Names [the Hall of Names].
My search of the Yad Vashem site is - by no means, completed - and I
eagerly await the reappearance of the pages.

The site currently remains "under construction".

Someone noted that the Yad Vashem Hall of Names pages are up again.
The address posted was: <http://npe.yadvashem.org/sapir_iis/sapir_heb.htm>
This returned a "Page Cannot be Displayed" notice.

Although the moderator said not all browsers could be used to get to
this page, I was surprised that this included MS Internet Explorer,
which is such a common browser. Suggestions as to how the rest of us
can get to the Yad Vashem Hall of Names pages would be welcome.
