Alan Glixman <alan.glixman@...>
I am seeking family or friends of the following families who were in the
Lodz Ghetto - KROL, DEN, GALEWSKI, PINCZEWSKI and WOLKOWICZ.
If you know any of the people listed below I would appreciate it very much
if you would contact me (privately).
I believe that some of these people may have known my relatives Adolf (Adam)
and Laja (Ola) GLIKSMAN. They may even be related. Laja was >from Opatowek
(her parents were Abram and Anna). Adolf was >from Pabianice.
I have been reviewing the Lodz Ghetto List of Names and Lodz Ghetto
Registration Cards for details of my GLIKSMAN family members. In the List
it shows that people listed below were living at the same address as Adolf &
Laja - *Insel* (Zawiszy) 22, and that they had moved there >from the same place
Adolf and Laja had also previously been - *Ziegel* (Cegielniana) 69.
According to the Registration Cards, Adolf and Laja were living with 8 other
relatives. So, I'm hoping that some of these people might be related to
Adolf or Laja. Perhaps they were not related but just sharing rooms.
The people are:
DEN: Mindla (b 1875)
GALEWSKI: Dora (b 1879/99), Hendla (b 1865), Adam (b 1932) and
Lipman Majer (b 1890)
KROL: Sara (b 1874), Rafal (b 1909) and Ernestyna (b 1914)
PINCSZEWSKI: Feliks (b 1878) and Ryta (b 1883)
WOLKOWICZ: Eliazar/Eljezer (b 1887) and Itla/Ita (b 1884)
Kind regards to all
