Genners -

I am searching for information on Samuel EISENBERG, who immigrated >from
Russia (town unknown, perhaps Pinsk) in the late 1880s, settled in Bayonne, NJ,
and married Dora ROTHSTEIN in 1897. Sam was a cap/hat maker.

Their four sons were: Meyer (Mike), George, Harry and Barney (Ben). The mother,
Dora (daughter of Bayonne residents Charles and Nettie ROTHSTEIN), died at the
early age of 35 in 1912. Sam oulived all four sons, and died in 1960 at the
approximate age of 85-90.

Other EISENBERG households in Bayonne and Jersey City during the same time
period (1890-1930)who may have been brothers or cousins were headed by Adolph,
Joseph and Henry. Other relatives in Bayonne were named SUGARMAN.

If you have any information at all, please contact me privately.
