Re: "Rosen's" Restaurant, Brooklyn, NY & "Junior's" in Westwood, Los Angeles #general

Yes, there *is* a Junior's on the Westside of Los Angeles almost a mile
south of Westwood Village on Westwood Boulevard by Pico Boulevard. I
think it was around the corner on Pico when I was growing up in the '60's.
No, I do not believe it has any connection with the New York "Junior's".

If you visit Los Angeles I highly recommend "Junior's" blintzes, chicken
matzo ball soup and latkes. After you have finished noshing you can burn
off the calories by walking to the LDS Mormon Library nearby on Santa
Monica Boulevard a few blocks east of Westwood Boulevard to do some
genealogy research. The staff there is very helpful.

I grew up (and my mother still lives) two streets >from "Juniors". My new
cousins on my ZILBERMAN line, the GOODMANs (who I found last year through
my genealogy research)live two streets in the other direction from
"Junior's".

We've been dining at the same Jewish delicatessen for decades and didn't
even know it!

I have no connection with the family that owns Juniors or with the
restaurant in any way.
