Original (typewritten) Schindler's List online #general

Dear Genners,

As usual, looking for one thing, I fell upon another. This may interest
some, and not others. However, I found the original, typed list (Schindler's
List) online scanned in PDF format -- 19 pages. There are over 1,200 names.

The colums list Nationality, Name (last, first), date of birth and "Beruf",
which I think may be the job they were assigned.

I had always been under the impression that all on the list were Polish.
However, several countries were represented.

The web address is: http://www.schindlerslist.com/main_loader.html

Click on "Remembrance" and select The List. The link for the PDF list is at
the bottom of the page that will eventually come up. There is an explaination
of how the list was discovered. In the upper right-hand corner of the
opening page is a musical symbol for the background music.

The names are *not* in alphabetical order, so it's possible that you might
have to look at all 19 pages. I did not find any names that I could connect
to, but perhaps some of you will.
