I am trying to find an article published in a newspaper in the town of
Constanza sometime around February of 1939. The name of the newspaper was
"Universe" or similar.
Any ideas/clues where and how to find it?

Thanks in Advance!

A letter to the public library in Constanza?

A guess that may help you: The name of the newspaper may have been
closer to "Unirii", which means "Unity" or "Union" in Romanian. It's a
name that pops up frequently in Romania, in recognition of the union
of separate principalities to form the Romanian state.
