I am currently trying to trace a member of my family, called Edward NEWMAN,
whom I believe died in France in the early 1970s.

Does anyone know whether there is a French equivalent of the Jewish Chronicle,
which might have carried an obituary of my relative? Alternatively, is there any
possibility that there would have been an obituary in one of the non-Jewish
newspapers?
