I would like to find records for my family in Romania or Russia back in the
mid 1700's. I know records are not available before about 1868 in many
countries. Can anyone suggest how I might get information prior to that
year? My DAVID family crossed over the Prut River into Romania >from Russia
before the 1820's . What resources might I use?
