There are two excellent sources for researching older Jewish New York
newspapers--as well as Jewish papers and journals >from all over the United
States and Europe--while in New York City.

The Dorot Jewish Division at the New York Public Library has newspapers and
American Jewish periodicals on microfilm as does the American Jewish
Periodical Center, located at the Klau Library at Hebrew Union College in
Manhattan.
