It most definitely is not French or Italian! And it is not quite
Spanish -- though close to that language. The two main words here,
chitkitika and savoroszka, look like affectionate diminutives in
some Romance language -- and in the Jewish context I am guessing that
this would be Ladino (Judaeo-Spanish).

If so, the sentence would probably translate (roughly speaking) as:
"My little chickadee, my sweet little girl ." Perhaps the deceased
was a child? Maybe a Ladino-speaking jewish-genner will verify my
hunch?
