I just read about an Israeli start-up company called Famillion that is going to
offer a free service for people to upload their family trees and link to everyone
who matches their entries in the tree. It is in the beta stage now. Here is a

It goes beyond what FTJP does in that it will actually link up trees to each other
when there are matching entries. This is very exciting! I can't wait until they
start accepting family trees >from the public.
