My great-grandfather, Julian Kushnier >from Chobno, Russia (Ukraine), was in the Czars' Army during the Russo-Japanese War of 1904. Would anyone know where I could obtain any kind of documentation that would list my great-granfather on the muster roll of the Czars' Army?
