The new play by Rivka Bekerman-Greenberg, "Eavesdropping on Dreams" will have a
staged reading on Wednesday, May 28th at 8:00 PM The Jewish Community Center in
Manhattan 334 Amsterdam Avenue and 76th Street, New York, NY

Those of you who saw an earlier reading of this play will see the revisions and
additions in this production. It is the story of three generations of women
affected by the Holocaust as they discover their mother's/grandmother's past as a
Holocaust survivor. It conveys the family dynamics, conflicts, and
cross-generational transmission of holocaust trauma, interweaving dreams and
historical material >from the Lodz ghetto.
