Tracing a Rabbi from Seletz/Mogilev in Mycolaiv #belarus

nucdoc1@...

I have been researching the Orechkin family >from Selets/Mogilev and recently
found out that Shmuel David Orechkin one of the individual
who I believed lived and died in the Selets was a Rabbi
who trained in Mogilev and I believe moved to Mycolaiv (Nycolaiv).
He died in that city in the late 1800's and was buried in either
Selets or Mogilev. Any ideas of finding reference to him
as a Rabbi in the Mycolaiv or Mogilev area? I realize
that Mycolaiv is in the Ukraine. I assume there is a Ukraine SIG.
How to I query them.
