I have been researching my great grandmother's family for a while now.
Her name was Frieda DEUTSCH. According to her death certificate her
parents were Ignatz DEUTSCH & Mary LEFKOWITZ. I was told by family
members that Frieda had a half-brother names Herman WEISS. Recently I
was contacted by someone >from the WEISS side who gave me Herman's
sister as Lena. I did a search on the Hungarian database and found a
record in the 1869 census that might fit. My question is: How do I
know if I have found a correct record for someone? How do I know I am
not just trying to fit something together that doesn't go? I would
love to break through some of my brick walls finally.
Thanks in advance,
