In the 1900 Manhattan Census there is a Samuel and Etta EPSTEIN with daughter Pauline indexed in Ancestry.com as age 7, however she was actually 17 in 1900 which matches your information for Pauline in 1910. And Samuel was 55 in 1900, so he would be 60 in 1905 Police Census. Pauline was the youngest of all the children.
