I am looking for any information about Zelik RATNER or his family >from
Slutsk in Belarus who immigrated (probably) to the US. His father's
name was Israel. He Probably left before 1921 but maybe after it as
well. But definitely not after 1925 as Stalin pulled a plug on
emigration. He lived in the town of Slutsk and it was in Belorussia.
His younger sister, Anna Ratner, was born in 1896... and did not
immigrate. There were several other siblings.
