shkutzim?: Hoodlums or gang (of boys)

Shkutzim is the plural of Sheketz (or shegetz in Yiddish).
It means a goy, a non-Jew. The feminine form - Shiktza, is better known.
It's true that in the vernacular it can be used to describe a gang of
boys or hoodlums, because their behavior is likened to that of goys.

The literal meaning of sheketz in Hebrew is abomination.
A very non-complimentary term.
