I would like to thank the entire JGSLA and especially the chairs of the 30th
Conference, Pam, Sandy & Lois, for a terrific and informative week with great
presentations and entertainment. I know that there were many LONG days as well
as sleepless nights for you - but you pulled off a spectacular event!
Many members of our San Francisco contingent remarked to me during the week
about what a great time they were having. For about 1/2 of them, this was the
first Conference that they ever had attended. We even signed up two new
members for our association.
As always, it was a pleasure to spend time among a group of people [and this
year that was about 1000] relentlessly pursing the same ends - learning about
our rich individual and common family heritage, wherever that may take us.
I wish everyone a year of successful discovery. Maybe we'll meet again in D.C.
for the 2011 Conference.
