Both are variations of biblical hebrew names, iokhved of yokheved and
itska of yitschak, and can be found in the Jewishgen given names database.

I can't find any translations of the two names--Iokhved and Itska in
either the Discussion Group or the SIG archives. Both names are in
Belarus census records, using the Latin alphabet. I would like their
Yiddish or Hebrew equivalents. Thanks. Sy Pearlman
