Since 2005, the Israel Genealogical Society has presented a special
Award of Recognition to members who have made meaningful contributions
to the pursuit of projects and activities relating to Jewish genealogy.

The 2010 award was presented at the 6th IGS Annual Seminar held at
The Museum of the Jewish People (Beit Hatefutsoth) in Tel Aviv, on
Tuesday November 9th to Mrs Gilda Kurtzman and Dr Chanan Rapoport for
long-term contributions to Israeli genealogical societies and various projects.
