Dr RUTA SAKOWSKA has passed away.

She was The Scholar of the Warsaw Ghetto,
the Editor of the documents of the Ringelblum Archive,
Laureate of the Jan Karski and Pola Nirenska Award,
our Colleague for many decades at the Jewish Historical Institute
