According to the AGAD records at JRI-Poland, a large number of RICHTER/
RECHTERS lived in Kudrynce and neighboring Mielnica. Today, these
towns are in the Tarnopol region of Ukraine. What's the chance that
all of these Richters/Rechters are related to each other? Would
unrelated people >from the same town choose the same surname?
