I'm trying to find the descendants of my grandfather's sister when very few
details are known about her.
Apparently her name was Sarah and she emigrated >from Russia (Belarus) to the
U.S.in the year 1905. Probably lived in the Boston center maybe in the
West End? Her family name >from home was VOIHANSKY (VOICHANSKY) but
apparently her descendants do not know her last name before marriage. Her
father's name was Chaim . She was born between the years 1880 to 1885 and
probably moved to the U.S under her husband's family name (that I do not
know of). Probably thereafter other sisters came to Canada and to the USA.
During the war in the years 1941 to 1945 Sarah and her sisters were looking
for her brother who fled into Russia with his family.
