Yitzchak SHAMIR, the former Israeli PM, was born 1915 in Ruzhany, otherwise
known as Rozana, in today's Belarus. His birth surname was apparently
YZERNITZKY, YEZHERNITSKY OR JEZIERNICKY. I am assisting someone whose
grandmother Sarah (b. 1902) was apparently a first cousin of Yitzchak
SHAMIR. Sarah's father was Jacob Zvi JEZIERNICKI. Jacob's father was
Abraham, who should be Yitzchak SHAMIR's grandfather too, if the
relationship is correct.

I have searched various websites on Yitzchak SHAMIR, but so far I have not
been able to find out his parents' and grandparents' names. Does anyone
know how to find this information, please?
