In searching the updated database, I have come across 3 listings for names in my family tree. I wonder if anyone out there is researching these names and we can compare information. Yankel Leibovich Altman 1906 Duma Voters list for Minsk. he is listed as a homeowner. Lieba Yudelevich also in 1906 Duma Voters list for Minsk listed as apartment leaser.( presumably father of the above.)
