What is available on marriages in Berlin >from the 1890s and subsequent births?

I am looking at two such couples. For one, I know the man's name; for the
other, I know the woman's name.

(I realize I may be able to work backwards >from Holocaust records, but I
may want the marriages and births themselves.)
